About

Jack Hughes is a Brisbane based architectural photographer specialising in residential and commercial projects with a passion for landscapes. Born and raised in Brisbane, Jack first picked up a camera while studying engineering and business at QUT. After a trip to the United States of America capturing nature and architecture alike, his love for photography only grew and upon his return home, he left his studies after being given an opportunity to pursue his passion for photography.

“For me, photography is about capturing how something feels and not how it looks. When I’m capturing an interior, I want people to know what it was like standing there in the moment.”

Now, only two years after he began his incredible journey and having learnt so much along the way, Jack is ready to embark on the next phase of his career and has started his independent business Jack Hughes Photo. Please contact Jack if you would like to work with him.

Jack did outstanding work with our photos and we are absolutely wrapped. He showed off our home in the best possible light!

What My Clients Say

Bonnie Worth ( Ray White ) - As a real estate agent it is important that I work closely with a photographer who I can trust and will deliver marketing that is professional and captures the property perfectly.

Jack is a very talented and creative photographer who takes pride in his work, always ensuring that the clients needs are met.

Having worked in the real estate industry for a number of years I am so fortunate to have met Jack who always provides exceptional marketing.

Corinne Guterres (LJ Hooker) - Jack is an amazing photographer and a lovely young man. I started using him on my property photoshoots a few months' ago and I cannot be happier. Absolutely love his work and his work ethic.

He is reliable, has a keen eye and is so helpful with re-arranging furniture, etc. to get the best shot. He doesn't complain and does not have an ego. I actually don't want to recommend him as this will mean that he gets busier and it will be harder to book him, but sometimes, one just has to do the right thing. Sigh. Jack is awesome. If you're not using him, it's your loss.
